BidBrief Alerts is operated by Mindset Logistics LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service. We send email alerts about federal contract opportunities published on SAM.gov that match the criteria you set. Opportunity data is public information from SAM.gov. We don't guarantee it is complete, accurate or current. Always read the official notice before deciding to bid. We are not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government agency.

Billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time from your dashboard (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your account. Keep your password private. Don't resell or redistribute the alerts.

Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.
